Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipping.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at admin@aidear.com.my with your order number and reason for return.
  • Include photo evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Al Hidayah Exclusive Enterprise error.
  • If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used nutraceutical, health, beauty, or personal care products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Personalized, special-order, or limited edition items
